When Chief Executive Officer Tony Cox set up the business 18 years ago, he went out and hand-picked his team. With ten offices and around 240 people geographically spread, we’re bigger now, but you will still find the same qualities are intrinsic to the Venture team. Unlike certain banks, where people are moved in and out of departments, Venture has long-serving experts with deep finance knowledge and real business understanding. Our award-winning credit control team have an average of seven years at Venture and many of them have upwards of 20 years’ experience in their chosen fields.
