  • Data Management Administrator (part-time) (job ref: 810)

    We are currently seeking a part-time Data Management Administrator to join our team in Haywards Heath.  This is a fixed term role for up to 12 months to provide maternity cover. 

    The role:

    The Data Management team is responsible for the data preparation of data associated with invoice processing, cheque and BACS registration and new debtor account opening.

    The job also entails financial reconciliation and the monitoring of financial information received via the Internet.    
     
     
    Your experience:
     
    You will already be experienced in numeric data input.   You must be able to demonstrate good keyboard skills and computer literacy.
    Accuracy is essential in this key business function.   Being self motivated and adaptable, you will be able to work with minimal supervision in meeting key business deadlines.  You will also enjoy working as part of a small but lively team.
     
     
    The hours of work are 8.30am to 1.30pm Monday to Friday (25 hours pw).
