Alison Small - Executive Director
Alison Small has worked in the Factoring and invoice finance industry with Venture Finance PLC for over 15 years. She is a main board Director of the company and is responsible for Venture’s northern region.
Alison has over 20 years experience within business banking and financial services, the last 17 of which have been within the invoice finance and asset based lending sectors. She was appointed an Executive Director of Venture Finance PLC, one of the invoice finance markets leading independents, in 1996. Her many roles have included Sales Director, Commercial Director and latterly responsibility across both Operations and Sales for Venture’s Northern business.
Following Venture’s acquisition in 2006, Alison was also appointed Managing Director of City Invoice Finance Limited based in Manchester.
Her current role is to further develop Venture’s business and operations in the North and Midlands.
