Steve has over 25 years of experience in devising and delivering financial solutions for small and medium sized businesses in the UK. He is a regular commentator on business issues.

Currently a Director of invoice and asset based finance specialist Venture Finance PLC, he plays a major role in identifying market opportunities for the company, including new business channels, product development and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Venture Finance, Steve was Interim Chief Executive of the Factors and Discounters Association (FDA), of which Venture Finance is a member. Before joining the FDA, Steve was Managing Director of Bank of Scotland Cashflow Finance (previously known as Kellock) and an Executive Director of Alex Lawrie.
